Card Express Printing Inc. provides strictly in-house creative, polished artwork and design services. Gold Line's marketing studio and pre-press department prepares all designs and product layouts before printing.
Gold Line, unlike its competitors, employs its very own in-house premium printing facility. Exceptional quality printing and finishing tasks are done on Gold Line premises for calling cards, merchandising materials, marketing items, and print advertisements for Group of Gold Line and our numerous affiliates.
Our printing facility is well equipped with high-end digital press equipment and traditional press equipment. Our digital press is perfectly suited to lower quantity printing jobs and those with variable data; and our traditional press is used for larger quantity jobs, without any variables, and perhaps with a thicker card stock requirement (up to 26 points).
Gold Line's printing department is also equipped with binding machines, coating machines (UV/glossy coatings, matted coatings, etc.), cutting and trimming machines, laminating machines, shrink wrapping machines, packaging and distribution equipment, a complete proof and plating system, and a high-end automated tracking system which allows us to monitor each and every project very closely from start to finish.
Additional features of our printing facility include:
- Digital offset printing of prepaid phone cards and merchandising materials
- Fully automated card die cutting of traditional and customized card formats
- Numerous high-speed presses for cost efficient short print runs
- Fully automated stamping machines provide PIN security through the application of latex scratch panels
